Rules & Policies

Damage Policy

Please note that the RV insurance you have or the one you get through RV insurance company has a high deductible. In most cases, it is $1500 or higher and damages are under renters’ deductible, such as windshield, side mirror or any interior damage, etc.
Please ask for our optional Partial Damage Waiver for just $19.99/day. If elected damages are under your deductible, they will not be charged to you. Kindly note that this coverage will NOT cover any roof, under carriage or body damage and will NOT pay your insurance deductible.

Peak Time Cancellation Policy
For SUVs, Vans, Luxury Vehicles & RVs

To provide our patrons vehicles in timely fashion and to avoid the loss of booking opportunities during high season we enforce a 24 hour full refund policy.
We will authorize a full refund less service fee for all cancellations made with in 24 hour of booking.
We will authorize 30% refund less service fee for all cancellations made after 24 hours of booking but before 72 hours of booking.
After 72 hours the deposit made is non refundable regardless of circumstances.

Standard Cancellation Policy
For Suvs, Vans, Luxury Vehicles & Rvs

Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the service fee, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date.
Renters are entitled to a 25% refund, less the service fee, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date.
Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.

Detail Fee

$450.00 each
Detail fee willl be charged If rental vehicle is smoked in, returned with excessively dirty exterior or interior, sand, mud, or pet hair or any smell.

Toll/Parking & Moving violations

Admin Fee will be added to all citation.
All Tolls & Violations are customers responsibility.
